Nordic Constructions Marbella SL is based in Benahavís and works across Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande and the wider Costa del Sol.

For more than 20 years, our team has been involved in construction, renovation and property development in Southern Spain. We understand the local building process, the importance of reliable contractors, and the level of coordination required to deliver projects properly.

Our clients are often based outside Spain or do not have the time to manage every detail themselves. That is where we come in. We provide clear advice, organise the right people, supervise the work and keep the project moving.
